• AI Solutions

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to:

• Written agreement on scope and deliverables
• Agreed-upon timeline and milestones
• Payment terms as specified in project contracts
• Change request procedures

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

• Ownership of final deliverables
• License to use custom code and components
• Rights to content and assets created specifically for the project

iCubeMedia retains rights to:

• Proprietary frameworks and tools
• Pre-existing code and components
• Generic solutions that may be reused

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• 50% deposit to commence work
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Additional charges for scope changes
• 30-day payment terms for invoices

6. Limitation of Liability

iCubeMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and specifically the Province of Quebec.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or through our website.
